Rates (VAT not included)

Minimum price per document:

• General translation: €60/document.

• Technical or specialized translation: €75/document.

• Sworn translation:  €90/document.

• Text corrections: €60 /document.

Volume discount: If the volume of your translation exceeds 10 000 words, we will make a discount of 10%.
Urgent translations (max. 6000 words/day): 50% surcharge

SWORN TRANSLATIONS:

• English, French, Portuguese, German  and Italian: €0.12/word (direct translation) and €0.14/word (inverse translation).

• Russian: €0.16/word for direct and inverse translation.

• Other languages: Consult

 Copy surcharge: First copy: 30%. Following copies: 10%

For sworn translations, a photocopy (or scan) of the highest quality is required to be able to read the entire document perfectly. In principle, it will be checked against the photocopy. If it is necessary to check it with the original, the original document will be required at the time of stamping and signing (it will be returned after verification)

TECHNICAL TRANSLATION (legal, IT, etc):  + €0,02. Document format: MS Office (consult rates and availability for other formats)

INTERPRETATIONS

• English and French: €400 the first 1.5 hour;

• Other languages: Consult

Urgent Interpretations: increase of 50%
Sworn  Interpretations: increase of 20%.
(Travel expenses not included)

TEXT CORRECTION (IN SPANISH): €0.03 / word.

TRANSCRIPTIONS: €120/hour of audio or video in Spanish (minimum amount per transcribed file €60)

NOTES:

• Whenever there are images or other office equipment that need to be translated, our study will be required in order to close the budget.

• It is essential an advance payment to initiate the translation (by means of bank transfer, or in cash).
