In compliance with GDPR of 27 April 2016, SORT informs the User of the existence of an automated process of personal character data created by and for SORT and under their responsibility, with the aim of maintaining and managing the relationship with the User, as well as information tasks. At the moment of acceptance of these general conditions, SORT will require some essential details from the User in order to render the services. 
Registration of Files and Forms
Filling out the registration form is required to access and enjoy certain services offered on the website. Not providing the personal data requested or not accepting this privacy policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or participate in any of the promotions in which personal data is required.
In compliance with RGPD of 27 of April of 2016, we inform you that the personal data that are obtained as a result of your registry as User will be incorporated to a file owned by SORT with CIF B84428853 and address in C/ NUÑEZ MORGADO 6, 1B, MADRID, 28036, MADRID, having implemented the established safety measures in the Real Decree 1720/2007 of 11 June.
Data Accuracy and Veracity
The User is the solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided, exonerating SORT from any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the precision, validity and authenticity of the  personal data provided, and undertake to keep them up to date as required.  The user accepts to provide complete and correct information in the registration form or subscription. SORT is not responsible for the information veracity that is not personally created and of those whose origins are from an outside source, neither is responsible for the hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.  SORT reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on its website, as well as to limit or deny access to said information. SORT is exonerated from any responsibility regarding any damage or harm that the User might suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by SORT whenever this comes from sources outside SORT. 
Minors
Supposing that some of our services were targeted to minors, SORT would request the parents' or tutors' consent in order to collect personal data or to treat their data automatically.
Transfer of data to third parties
SORT does not transfer users' data to third parties.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection
You may direct your concerns and exercise your access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and objection rights at the following Internet address: www.e-sort.net or by ordinary mail addressed to SORT, Ref. In order to exercise these rights, it is necessary for you to prove your personality at SORT by sending a photocopy of your ID or by any other legally valid means.  However, the modification or rectification of registration data can be done in the Site itself, after identifying yourself with your username and password.
Security measures
SORT has adopted the security levels of Personal Data protection legally required, and they also try to install those additional media and technical measures in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided to SORT. They will not be responsible for possible damages or harm that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system produced by causes not attributable to SORT; delays or blockage in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in the telephone lines or overloads in the D.P.C. (Data Processing System), in the Internet system or other electronic systems, as well as damages that can be caused by third parties by means of illegal interference out of SORT's control. However, the User should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

Users declare that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automatic processing of such data by SORT in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.  Certain services offered on the site may contain special conditions with specific provisions on the protection of Personal Data.
